Pause Outlook will create a new ribbon tab in your Outlook.

With Pause Outlook you pause Outlook for a given time.

Let's say you want to work concentrated and don't want to be disturbed by new e-mails. Just select the time you want to pause Outlook and click on "Pause Outlook".

Outlook will go to the Offline state and stops receiving e-mails.

When the time is over then Outlook will turn back automatically to the Online state and will start receiving e-mails again.
