is an Outlook add-in which displays your tasks in your
calendar.

but Outlook is sepearting your tasks from your calendar.
As if you don't need time to fulfill your tasks! This
gap fills TaskToCal. Every time you create a new task
with a time frame a new calendar entry which displays
the task is added.
With this functionality you are able to plan your tasks
with your calendar. If you move your task then your
calendar entry will be modified, too. The task and
the calendar entry are in sync.
TaskToCal runs in the background. You can specify if
you want to add a prefix or a postfix to your calendar
entry. Furthermore you can determine if the time of
the appointment is free or blocked.
